Becoming MORE of who you truly are.

Do you ever feel WILL the REAL ME PLEASE STAND UP?

I do, usually when something side blinds me and I was not expecting it.

SO, what do you do Anni?

Ahh well that's why I am here to share how to demist our view in life , and how to remove the obstacles and barriers we place in our own way. Then we can see clearly.

How many times have you believed the next book, course, coach, framework, or strategy would finally provide the answer?

I know I have.

I could fill two libraries with the self help books and files I have.

Most of us spend years looking outside ourselves for guidance, reassurance, healing, or certainty.

Seeking, seeking and more seeking.

We search for the right method, the right teacher, the right process that will somehow unlock the life we long for. AND fix us completely. Yet we don’t really know what being truly fixed looks like!

There is nothing wrong with seeking support. We learn through others. We grow through shared wisdom. Yet there comes a point when we must ask ourselves a deeper question:

What if the very act of searching is keeping us from what we seek?

Do you know what you are seeking? When I ask this  people tend to know what they DON’T want in great detail, and yet are vague about what they do want (peace, freedom, more rest less busy) and so on. Would you believe it if I shared that all of the more this less that is actually about inner resistance stemming from hidden fears.

How does this sound to you? If you read that statement as your own truth - it feels light.

If you read it and instantly react or disagree, it will feel heavy and reactionary - not truth but resistance

Resistance can be something scary, something that is monotonous, it can be a lack (time, money, food, home) . It is often hidden or in disguise.

Do you want to be able to move through life's experiences with as little resistance as possible? I know I do.

Many people move from one new self -help framework to another hoping to feel better, become stronger, heal faster, or finally find a life- long lasting peace. Yet despite all the learning and doing, something still feels missing.

Why is that?

Because I believe that no framework can tell you who you are.

A framework may offer a map, but it cannot walk your path for you. It can’t even begin to know the unique unfolding of your life. It cannot possibly feel what you feel or reveal the wisdom that already exists within you. YES, it’s already within you.

The greatest obstacle to becoming yourself is the belief that someone else holds the answer.

Beneath the endless search often lies a quiet assumption:

Someone else knows better than I do.

So, we hand our authority to experts. We look for certainty. We seek guarantees. We trust external guidance more than our own direct experience.

AND . . .

Over time, we become disconnected from the very wisdom we are seeking.

Yet what if nothing is missing?

What if beneath the fear, conditioning, loss, stuck. grief, striving, and self-doubt there is already a deeper intelligence present?

Not something you need to create.

Not something you need to earn.

Something that has always been here.

Many spiritual traditions point to the same understanding: we are not merely the body, the mind, or the changing circumstances of our lives.

We are the awareness in which all experience unfolds.

Let me explain further:

Thoughts arise within awareness.

Emotions arise within awareness.

Life's joys and sorrows arise within awareness.

Yet awareness itself remains unchanged.

This awareness has been present through every chapter of your life. It was present before your greatest successes and during your most difficult losses. It remains untouched by the stories the mind creates about who you are or who you should become.

Recognising this is not the end of the journey. In many ways, it is the beginning.

Because life experiences and events carry on happening.

Grief and loss still visit.

Fear still appears.

Challenges still arise.

The invitation is not to escape life but to meet it differently.

·       When we begin to recognise our true nature.

·       We become less identified with the conditioned patterns that have shaped our experience.

·       We stop believing every fearful thought.

·       We stop fighting every uncomfortable feeling.

·       We become more available to the wisdom that emerges when resistance softens.

This wisdom rarely arrives with drama or force.

It is often simple.

Quiet.

Clear.

It has a natural sense of movement.

Not the urgency of fear, but the gentle momentum of truth.

And . . .

As we learn to listen more deeply, we begin to trust ourselves again.

Not the conditioned self that seeks approval, certainty, or control, but the deeper knowing that exists beneath it.

For me, this is what Becoming More You is about.

It is not self-improvement.

Or even creating a better version of yourself.

It is not fixing what is broken.

HOWEVER, it is the gradual release of everything you are not.

It is remembering what has always been true beneath the conditioning.

It is meeting life's experiences with less resistance and more wisdom.

It is learning to trust the unfolding of your own life.

The answers you seek may not be found in another framework.

They can be found in the stillness that has been quietly present all along, waiting for you to notice.

And perhaps the journey is not about becoming someone new.

Perhaps it is simply about becoming more you.
